1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email), campaign content you submit (text descriptions, images), and usage data (simulation history, feature usage). We also collect standard server logs and analytics data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send service-related emails, and enforce our Terms of Service. Campaign content you submit is processed by AI models to generate simulation results. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. AI Processing
Campaign descriptions and images you submit are sent to third-party AI providers (including OpenAI) for processing. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information in campaign descriptions.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Convex (database) and Qiniu Cloud (image storage). Images are stored in Singapore-region infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
5. Sharing of Information
We share data with service providers necessary to operate the Service (Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Convex for backend infrastructure, OpenAI for AI processing). We may disclose information if required by law. If you enable public sharing for a report, that report becomes accessible to anyone with the link.
6. Cookies
We use cookies for authentication and session management (via Clerk). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect Service functionality.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also delete your account through the account settings. Note that some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Campaign data and simulation results are stored indefinitely unless you delete them. Usage logs are retained for billing and compliance purposes.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
